About Me

I am a Presidential Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley. My research interests are in the quantum theory of strongly interacting and/or open systems. My recent work uses techniques from statistical physics of equilibrium systems to describe the dynamics of quantum systems subject to decoherence and measurement. I also work at the intersection of Physics, Poetry, and Philosophy, and am passionate about mentoring undergraduates and underrepresented students in Physics.
